Every business is sitting on an audience it already paid to earn: past customers, old leads and people who once asked for a quote. Most of them never hear from the business again.
Why email still works
You own your email list. Social platforms can change who sees your posts overnight, but an email goes to the inbox of someone who already knows you. It's also inexpensive to send, which makes it one of the most cost-effective channels you have.
Past customers are easier to win
Someone who has already bought from you knows your work. When they need you again, or a friend asks for a recommendation, you want to be the name they remember. A regular newsletter keeps you there.
What to send
Seasonal reminders and checklists, answers to common questions, before-and-after stories, new services, team news and occasional offers. A good rule: most emails should be useful even if the reader doesn't buy anything.
How often
Monthly is a good starting point for most businesses, and twice a month works well if you have enough to say. Our Growth plan includes two newsletters a month and Authority includes six or more.
Keep it simple
One main idea, a clear subject line, a short message and one obvious call to action. Fancy designs matter much less than being consistent and relevant.
Your next customer might already be on your list. A newsletter is how you remind them.
