What You Get With Raindrop Marketing: Plans and Pricing Explained

We built Raindrop Marketing around a simple idea: most contractors don't need more 'exposure'. They need to stop losing the leads they already get, and then be found by more of the right customers. Our plans are built in that order.

Here's exactly what's in each one, what it costs, and how to decide which fits your business. Every price below is listed on our pricing page.

Start by plugging the leaks

Before spending more to attract leads, make sure you're capturing the ones you already have. Missed calls, slow replies and forgotten follow-ups quietly cost most contracting businesses jobs every week. That's what our first plan fixes.

Lead & Review System: $297 per month

This plan makes sure every lead gets a fast response and every happy customer becomes a review. It includes:

  • AI website chat that answers questions and books appointments.
  • Missed call text back, so callers get a text within seconds when you can't pick up.
  • Automated follow-up sequences for leads who go quiet.
  • An all-in-one inbox for texts, email, chat and social messages.
  • A 5-star Google review system with automatic review requests after every job.
  • Automated referral requests and revisit discounts for past customers.
  • A dedicated account rep.

It's the right starting point for most contractors, especially if you get a decent flow of calls and referrals but know some slip through the cracks. Read more about how it works in missed call text back and speed to lead.

Basic Website: $300 to $500, one time

A fast, mobile-first website built to turn visitors into calls and booked estimates. It includes:

  • A mobile-first design built for speed.
  • Conversion-focused lead capture forms.
  • Click-to-call and booking buttons.
  • On-page SEO fundamentals.
  • Launch within 7 to 10 days.

Larger or custom builds with more pages, features or integrations are quoted separately. If you're not sure your current site is up to the job, see 7 signs your website needs a rebuild.

Then get found by more customers

Once your leads are being captured properly, our AI SEO and content packages help more homeowners find you on Google and in AI assistants like ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity.

Growth: $2,497 per month, plus $1,000 one-time setup

For established businesses that want steady growth from search. It includes:

  • SEO strategy and keyword research.
  • Full technical SEO monitoring.
  • On-page SEO and internal linking.
  • Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.
  • Full AI search optimization, including ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity visibility.
  • Schema and entity optimization.
  • 4 SEO blog posts and 2 newsletters per month.
  • 5 existing page optimizations per month.
  • Competitor tracking, monthly reporting and a monthly strategy call.
  • A basic backlink and outreach strategy.

Authority: $3,497 per month, plus $1,000 one-time setup

Everything in Growth, scaled up, plus your website built or rebuilt. It includes:

  • Advanced technical SEO monitoring, AI search optimization and schema work.
  • 10 or more SEO blog posts and 6 or more newsletters per month.
  • Ongoing existing page optimizations.
  • Local list ranking.
  • Website development or overhaul.
  • Advanced competitor tracking and bi-weekly strategy calls.
  • An advanced backlink and outreach strategy.

Authority suits businesses in competitive trades or crowded parts of the GTA, companies serving many cities, and anyone whose website needs a full rebuild alongside an aggressive search strategy.

Add-ons

Need more content than your plan includes? You can add extra pieces at any time:

  • Additional SEO blog post: $200 per batch.
  • Premium long-form article: $350 per batch.
  • Newsletter: $750 per batch.

Quoted to fit your business

Some services depend too much on your goals and market to have a fixed price, so we quote them individually:

  • Custom websites with more pages, features or integrations.
  • Paid ads on Google and Meta, tracked all the way to booked calls.
  • Marketing campaigns, including email and SMS offers and database reactivation.
  • Content creation on its own, without a full SEO package.

Which plan is right for you?

  • You rely mostly on referrals and miss calls when you're busy: start with the Lead & Review System, and add a Basic Website if yours is outdated.
  • Your leads are handled well but you want more of them from Google and AI search: Growth.
  • You're in a competitive market, serve many cities, or need a new website as part of the push: Authority.
  • You want leads this week while SEO builds: add paid ads to any plan.

Many clients combine plans, such as the Lead & Review System alongside Growth, so new leads from search are captured and followed up instantly.

What happens after you sign up

  • Discovery call (about 20 minutes): we answer your questions, show you real systems and confirm we're a good fit.
  • Build (7 to 10 days): you fill out a short onboarding form and we set up your website, automations, review system and SEO plan.
  • Launch and handover (about 25 minutes): we walk you through everything and show you how to manage leads from your phone.
  • Ongoing: we keep the system running, publish content and send monthly reporting on the plans that include it.

No long-term contracts

Every plan is month to month. If the system is working, you'll stay. If it isn't, you shouldn't have to. And if you leave, you keep your domain, your website, your Google Business Profile, your reviews and all the content we wrote for you. Only the automation tools we run on your behalf switch off.

The bottom line

Fix the leaks first, then grow. Most contractors get the fastest return from capturing the leads they already have, then layer search growth on top.
